Full Job Description Important:
Because we hold a Tavern Liquor License, applicants must be 21 years of age or older .
Schedule:
This role typically includes 2 to 4 shifts per week . Availability for Sunday (days) and evening shifts is required, and some nights may run until 2:00 AM . The position will primarily involve bartending , with occasional serving shifts as needed. Candidates should be comfortable with a schedule that may change from week to week . William Oliver's Publick House in Lafayette is seeking friendly, dependable people who enjoy whiskey and craft beer culture to join our team. Experience with whiskey is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person. At least two years of bartending experience is preferred. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older . About William Oliver's At William Oliver's Publick House, we proudly feature beer brewed in Colorado , with most taps pouring beer made within 20 miles of the pub . Our spirits are crafted in Colorado, and our whiskey selection comes from distilleries around the world . Our food menu leans heavily toward a bacon-forward style . We hand-cut thick slabs of applewood smoked bacon and use them generously throughout the menu. Guests can even add bacon to nearly anything—including cocktails. Not a meat eater? No problem. We offer vegetarian and vegan options , including our house-made vegetarian red bean chili , prepared from a long-standing family recipe.
