Stay updated on new drink trends, techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, or similar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol regulations. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
