Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Engage with guests to promote specials, new drinks, or menu items to enhance sales opportunities Assist with bar management duties during shifts, including inventory checks, restocking supplies, and supporting team members as needed Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions accurately Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while providing excellent customer service Experience in beverage recipe development and creating innovative cocktails is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol and perishable items Previous experience with bar management tasks such as inventory control or staff coordination is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
