The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing outstanding member service, ensuring that every member and their guests enjoy an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Accurately handle charge transactions and process payments through the POS system. Monitor customer alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Taking food orders and placing them in the POS system Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Skills Experience with POS systems for efficient order management. Knowledge of mixing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Familiarity with wines and spirits. Strong sales skills to promote specials and effectively upsell menu items. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in private clubs or restaurants, is preferred. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
