Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair. Collaborate with the restaurant team during busy hours to deliver seamless service in a lively environment. Skills Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Good time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and beverage measurements. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper alcohol serving practices.
