Job Description
Fat Duck Tavern is looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about craft cocktails , enjoys working behind the bar, and takes pride in keeping the bar organized, stocked, and running smoothly. This is a busy bar with busy shifts available and a generous tip share from our servers. The ideal candidate is someone who: Has some bartending experience — enough to be comfortable behind the bar, but you do not need years of experience. Has a genuine interest in craft cocktails and quality drinks. Can follow recipes and bar standards consistently . We have carefully developed recipes and procedures, and following them is important to us. Takes ownership of the bar and keeps it clean, organized, and well-stocked . Pays attention to inventory and makes sure the bar is refilled and restocked throughout the shift. Is responsible, reliable, and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done. Works well with the team and understands that great bartending is about both the drinks and the guest experience. We offer busy shifts, strong earning potential, and a generous tip share from servers . This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to take pride in the bar and become an important part of our team.
