Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling, serving, and sanitation procedures. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality service. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales promotion, and proper change calculation. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Nightclub or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with brewing or retail math is advantageous.
