Beverage Cart Attendant/Bartender

Job Overview The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service while delivering a variety of beverages and snacks throughout the venue. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage transactions efficiently. The Beverage Cart Attendant will work closely with guests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service while taking beverage orders. Serve a variety of drinks and snacks from the beverage cart, ensuring quality and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and surrounding areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, including processing payments and providing change. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during beverage preparation and service. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure the cart is well-equipped for service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Skills Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with guests and enhance their experience. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure safe handling of beverages and snacks. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient transaction processing. Culinary knowledge is a plus for understanding beverage preparation standards. Experience in restaurant or retail environments is beneficial for understanding fast-paced service dynamics. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately, including retail math for managing inventory levels. Proficiency in cash handling procedures to maintain accurate financial records during shifts.
