We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending, particularly in casual dining or nightclub environments, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink options. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system. Monitor guest consumption levels and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Uphold food handling safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in casual dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food handling practices and food service operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses related to bartending.
