As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and providing outstanding service. Experience with large groups and banquets is highly valued. Responsibilities Provide excellent service to our guests Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and bar area, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for transactions. Handle food safely and in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service to our guests. Requirements Proven experience as a Server/Bartender. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Wages begin at $11.00 per hour and an automatic 18% service fee on all guest checks.
