Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink options
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets

Skills:

• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and calculating drink prices
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the restaurant or food service industry
