The Chatsworth is a an English Pub and Tea room that serves craft cocktails and a pub menu on the Pub side and Brunch High Tea, Afternoon Tea, and High Tea in The Tea Room. The Chatsworth is located next to The White Room and hosts Bridal Showers, Wedding Brunch events, Rehearsal dinners, and other private events in the Tea Room.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:

Servers/Private Event Servers and Craft Bartenders Reports To:

Bar Manager Server/Cocktail server experiennce and prior Banquet Staff experience a plus. Craft Bartender - Prior bartender experience required for bar positions and craft liquor bartending experience a plus.

• Must have knowledge of proper table and/or bar service.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with the emphasis on weekends and holidays. Thursdays to Sundays.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be neat, clean, professional, appearance.
• Must be team oriented, good team player and good character.
• Must have own transportation.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting and placement of tables and chairs for events.
• Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with other departments, with respect to the chain of command.
• Must possess mature, professional demeanor to interact with staff and guests.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
