Responsibilities Restock bar supplies including bottles, mixers, garnishes, and glassware quickly and efficiently to keep the bar fully stocked during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly in accordance with food safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes to support the front-of-house team Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of crates and supplies safely and responsibly Support bartenders with food preparation tasks when needed, including garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks Ensure adherence to all food service bar safety compliance regulations and venue policies Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing when required Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; bartending or venue beverage service experience is a plus Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in a busy setting Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and assist guests promptly Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management Familiarity with food industry safety protocols and bar safety compliance standards Previous nightclub, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events Join us as a Barback and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
