In this role, you will be the face of our smoothie bar, crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Duties Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to take orders and answer questions about menu options Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while ensuring accuracy in cash handling Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations Follow food safety protocols during food handling and beverage preparation to ensure customer health and safety Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of cleanliness Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Join us as a Smoothie Bar Attendant and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering refreshing drinks and exceptional service!
