Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and Toast POS systems will ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment that values hospitality, creativity, and professionalism. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Manage Toast POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele in fine dining or nightclub settings. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; hospitality industry experience is highly valued. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions.
