```Duties```

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders ```Experience```
2+ Years bartending required
Clear knowledge of basic cocktails and methods
Knowledge of craft cocktails and building them
Knowledge in wine and paring them with various foods
Basic bourbon knowledge
Familiarity with bar equipment, such as shakers, jiggers, and glassware
Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service and address customer concerns
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
Time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
