What You'll Be Doing Bartenders are responsible for the success of the bar at the restaurant.

This includes:

Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products. Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures. Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike Providing pleasant and timely service. Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience.
