Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service. As a Server you will be responsible for following our steps of service and ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience. Normal side work, opening and closing duties, and set-up that you would expect. Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and collaborating with other staff members to maintain high standards of service. Duties
- Serve guest per our steps of service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring timely service.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server or Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Bartenders must have a strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and managing tabs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; certification may be required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous.
