Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage our square POS system for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly and intervene when necessary to promote a safe environment. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs as needed, delivering seamless service in various hospitality settings. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, sales calculations, and inventory counts accurately. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of the food industry's best practices including food handling, beverage preparation, and retail math concepts.
