Currently hiring for part time bartenders. Flexible scheduling, fast paced environment, no tip share, employee discounts. Work schedule is flexible, varies due to availability, evenings and weekends required. Bartenders are in charge of providing a full service bar for customers within the entire restaurant. Bartenders are responsible for customers at bar and at times in other areas of the restaurant. Bartenders are expected to be teachable, knowledgeable, customer focused and able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

Job task will include:

Preparing drinks quickly, efficiently and correctly as taught from memory Provide full service to customers Keep bar area clean during and after shift Follow food and beverage safety laws Perform all duties as outlined Memorize food and beverage menu, including daily and monthly specials Use P.O.S system quickly and efficiently Report to manager and owners Attend mandatory trainings and meetings

Requirements:

Preferred experience: 1 year of pervious high-volume restaurant, but not required. Must be at least 21years of age. Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Strong work ethic and willing to learn Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages Strong communication skills Physical demands: On your feet standing or walking up to 8 hours Reach & lift above the head as needed Lift and move items up to 60 lbs. Squat, bend, and twist your body as needed Function in a work environment that is, at times, hot, loud, busy, contains wet and slippery surfaces
