Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Barback to support our bartending team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Barback plays a key role in keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, organized, and running efficiently during service. Responsibilities Stock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Refill ice bins and assist with beverage preparation. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service areas, and storage areas. Wash and polish glassware. Remove trash and recycling throughout shifts. Assist bartenders with opening, closing, and side work duties. Restock inventory and organize coolers and storage areas. Support the team to ensure fast, friendly service. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required.
