Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience and promote beverage sales Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience Maintain knowledge of current trends in mixology, spirits, brewing, and fine dining to provide expert recommendations Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Skills Extensive experience with POS systems Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Proven ability to manage time effectively in high-volume settings while maintaining excellent customer service Experience in fine dining environments or upscale hospitality settings preferred Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically Background in bar management or nightclub experience is a plus for leadership roles or busy service periods Knowledge of brewing processes or craft beer trends beneficial for offering expert recommendations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality through expert beverage craftsmanship!
