Barback Job Summary:

Windmill Creek Winery & Farm Kitchen is seeking a reliable, hardworking Barback to support our bartending team across both bar locations. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and clean bar operation while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders in both bar locations with daily operations Stock and restock beer, wine, liquor, and bar supplies Replenish and maintain ice wells throughout shifts Change kegs as needed Restock wine and ensure proper organization and display Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including countertops, floors, and equipment Collect and clean glassware as needed Ensure trash is emptied and bar areas remain sanitary and organized Support bartenders during high-volume service to ensure efficiency

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to walk long distances throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs (kegs, cases, etc.)

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Prior barback or restaurant experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed !

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
