Job Overview:
Lift and carry supplies, equipment, and inventory weighing up to 50-100 pounds, assisting with stocking and restocking duties Bend, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks required to support daily restaurant operations Support fellow coworkers in order to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they step inside the establishment Follow direction from leadership and communicate clearly and respectfully with all members of the team Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and attention to detail Help complete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation Sort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operation needs Follow direction from leadership and communicate clearly and respectfully with all members of the team Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready area throughout each shift Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service Uphold the restaurant's standards for professional appearance, personal grooming, and uniform presentation Wash, sanitize, and polish glassware, bar tools, and other service items as needed Promptly clean up spills and safely dispose of broken glassware to maintain a safe work environmentQualifications:
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Ability to lift and carry up to 50-100 lbs. safely and perform physically demanding tasks Must be at least 18 years of age Previous barback experience is preferred but not requiredBenefits
