Job Overview:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards Ability to craft and serve cocktails, wine, sake, premium spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency Knowledge of beverage pairings and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests Lift and carry supplies, equipment, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds, assisting with stocking and restocking duties Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift Bend, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks required to support daily restaurant operations Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, elevated guest experience Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues whenever needed Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and presentation ready at all times Uphold the restaurant's standards for professional appearance, personal grooming, and uniform presentation Follow direction from leadership and communicate clearly and respectfully with all members of the team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of bartending or mixology experience in a restaurant, wine bar, cocktail lounge, brewery, or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, sake and cocktail techniques Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 21 years of age
