Barback Busser

Overview We're looking for a hardworking and energetic Barback/Busser to support our front-of-house team and help deliver a seamless guest experience. This role is essential in keeping our bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and running efficiently—especially during busy waterfront service. Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, ice, glassware, and supplies Help bartenders move fast during rushes Keep bar and dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Wipe down and sanitize dining areas Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth table turnover Assist with opening and closing duties (stocking, cleaning, breakdown) Remove trash, recycling, and maintain cleanliness of service areas Refill water, assist servers when needed, and run food if required Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume, team-oriented environment Skills Strong work ethic and ability to stay active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs (kegs, cases, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Team player with a positive attitude Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable and punctual Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (peak marina hours) Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting Familiarity with basic bar operations Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service, thrive in energetic environments, and want to grow your career in the food industry!
