Summary We are seeking a talented Mixologist / Bartender to join our team at 1up arcade in down town Farmington you will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails, Craft Beers and providing exceptional service to our guests, enhancing their dining experience with your mixology skills as well Bartending skills, willingness to learn new things and a Team Player. Responsibilities Create and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to our menu. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create drink pairings that complement menu items. Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu. Requirements Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a bar setting. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and inventory management.
