Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling complex components and systems with precision, adhering to safety standards, and supporting continuous process improvements within a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes while working in a safety-conscious and team-oriented setting. Job Description Assemble small battery components with precision and care Basic spot welding, soldering of wires and connecting tabs, and heat shrink. Glue packs together and apply labels. Some circuit board applications. Use of basic tools such as wire strippers, soldering iron, and crimper tools. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards. Use hand tools to complete tasks. Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with small parts in a seated or standing position. Prior experience in light assembly or electronics is preferred, but not required. Strong work ethic, a positive attitude and reliability. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. Pay:
$17.50 - $17.51 per hour
