Responsibilities Lead all daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and consistency. Design, prepare, and execute an elevated craft cocktail program using premium spirits and fresh ingredients. Curate and maintain wine, beer, and liquor selections. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and bar staff while fostering a positive, professional culture. Develop seasonal cocktail menus and beverage specials that complement the restaurant's culinary offerings. Monitor inventory, control beverage costs, place orders, and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and presentation to fine dining standards. Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, nightly reconciliation, and reporting. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create memorable guest experiences. Deliver exceptional hospitality while building lasting relationships with guests. Qualifications 3+ years of bartending experience in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume craft cocktail establishments. Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Lead Bartender, or Bar Manager preferred. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft mixology, wine, beer, and premium spirits. Leadership experience with training and team development. Experience with inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and cost control. Outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
