Overview As a Lift Operator at The Highlands at Harbor Springs, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aerial and surface lifts, assisting guests with loading and unloading, monitoring lift equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe lift station.
