Server Assistant and Barback

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to servers and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Help with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Support the team in managing the POS system for order processing and tracking. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bussing techniques and food preparation is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and staff. A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail.
