$6-8.00hr base + tips About Us Marky's Kitchen & Bar is a brand-new, local bar opening early 2026. We're building a high-energy, upbeat environment where exceptional service and great drinks set the tone. We're looking for bartenders who know how to create a welcoming atmosphere, move quickly, and deliver consistent, quality cocktails. Position Summary We are hiring skilled and personable Bartenders to join our opening team. In this role, you'll craft drinks, engage with guests, manage bar service, and uphold Marky's standards for speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a positive bar experience Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed drinks according to specs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Upsell premium liquors, cocktails, and specials Check IDs, follow alcohol service laws, and ensure responsible service Run tabs, process payments, and operate the POS efficiently Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff Complete opening, closing, and sidework duties Help build a vibe that makes guests want to return Qualifications Bartending experience strongly preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails, bar tools, and drink builds Excellent communication + multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be reliable, friendly, and team-focused Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and major game nights Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-40 lbs Benefits Competitive base pay + strong tip potential Growth opportunities with a new, expanding concept Team-oriented, modern work environment Brand-new facility, bar equipment, and POS system Flexible scheduling Schedule Primarily evenings and weekends Potential for high-volume event nights Full-time or part-time Work Location In person -
