Your expertise in beverage presentation, mixology, and customer engagement will be essential in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Monitor inventory levels for spirits, wines, craft beers, mixers, and garnishes; communicate needs promptly to management Requirements No bartending experience required. We will train. Must have amazing customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively, handle diverse situations gracefully, be a hard worker, team player and follow direction well. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
