Essential Job Functions:

Masterdrinkrecipesaccording tobrandstandards. Must maintainfull familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings, including wine service. Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the outlet to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols. Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender'smanual.

Jiggerspour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros. Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. Attend toallneedsof the guest during their visit to the restaurant. Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws. Communicate with culinaryteamregardingmeal requirements, allergies, dietaryneeds,and special requests. Alert the managerimmediatelyif a member or guest has a suggestion,complaint,or issue. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant/bar area. Send orders using MICROSsystem, presentaccuratechecktoguestand process payment. Complete all opening and closing side work. Ensure consistencyin the presentation and recipes of allcocktails. Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants. Ensuring all products arewithin date and using the FIFO method of storage. Monitor inventory, place,and receive warehouseordersdaily andensureproper par levels of allproducts. Notify managers immediatelyif there are discrepancies. Attend department meetings and other required company trainings. Perform any other duties asassigned by management. Qualifications Mustbe ata minimum of 18 years old. Two yearsbartending experience. PreviousBartendingand guest service experiencerequired,upscale hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred. Must have and maintaincurrent TIPS,ServSafeor equivalent alcohol training. MICROS Experience preferred. Mustbe able to communicate effectively. Must consistently demonstrateexcellent interpersonal skills, be teamwork-oriented, andexhibita positive attitude. Must be willing to worka flexible schedule, including weekends,holidays,and evenings. Must agree and adhere to compensationacknowledgment and tip reporting guidelines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for an extendedperiodor for an entire shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds withoutassistance.

Working Environment:

Interior of restaurant kitchen and designated bar area, with occasional travel aroundtheproperty as needed. Exposure to a kitchen environment with high temperatures. Exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals. Exposure tofood items and beverages.
