•Bar Eloise is an elevated family-owned neighborhood bar and restaurant in Wayzata, MN on Lake Minnetonka. Bar Eloise focuses on seasonal flavors and classics, reinvented. We harmonize global influences on the plate to present vibrant, rustic dishes using fine dining techniques. The result is comforting, delicious food and cocktails that celebrate the past and the future of culinary artistry. Eloise is an intimate space, and is nestled in the heart of downtown Wayzata. The restaurant is open six days a week from 4:00pm until close. Responsibilities Effectively champions the company's vision and culture. Consummate focus on guest service. Commitment to learn all food and beverage offerings including practice of steps of service. Strong bar functionality and skills including how to best support the team, prioritizing bartender needs, re-stocking, polishing glassware, Collaborates with all servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff as we run out of items. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet guests' needs. Requirements At least 1 year of barback experience. True passion for food, beverages and hospitality. Strong knowledge of food and beverage steps of service in an elevated full service restaurant environment. Proficient in wine and spirits knowledge/a general interest in learning. Proficient in MN Laws in regards to Alcohol sales and consumption. Hands-on experience with cash and credit card handling/transactions. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Toast Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Details -Minimum of 3 shifts per week required; weekend availability required.
