Barback/Busser - Part Time Rec Hall | St. Charles, MO Rec Hall is seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders during busy nights and events, ensuring that our bar areas run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Keep bar areas fully stocked with beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, and other supplies. Restock coolers and refrigerators throughout the night. Maintain ice bins and ensure bartenders have necessary supplies. Collect and clear empty glasses, bottles, and trash. Wash and organize glassware and bar equipment as needed. Keep the bar, back bar, coolers, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Assist bartenders during busy periods. Help with keg changes and other basic bar duties. Take out trash and recycling. Assist with opening and closing side work. Communicate with bartenders and management when supplies are running low. Follow all Rec Hall safety, cleanliness, and alcohol-service policies. Help maintain an overall clean and welcoming venue for guests. Requirements Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be reliable and punctual. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods. Able to lift and carry cases of product, ice, and other supplies. Team player with a willingness to assist wherever needed. Friendly, professional demeanor with both guests and coworkers. Availability to work nights, weekends, and event nights. Schedule Part-time availability required, including nights and weekends.
