Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption for responsible service Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and beverage recipe measurements Previous experience with beverage recipe development and serving in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable Join our team to bring your passion for beverages and exceptional service into a lively environment where every shift is an opportunity to create memorable moments!
