Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations. Process card transactions accurately using POS systems. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering beverages to ensure smooth operations. Uphold food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously through effective time management. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service is required. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
