Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety and handling protocols Engage with guests to promote menu items, including specials and beverages, increasing sales through friendly upselling techniques Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces, following health regulations and food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs Requirements Proven experience in food service is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as, Spot On, for order entry and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking during busy shifts; experience with retail math or restaurant math is advantageous Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash or credit payments confidently Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
