Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of payments and tips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking in a timely manner Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous food service or restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to safety standards; knowledge of food handling procedures is essential Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper beverage presentation techniques Experience with bar management tasks such as stock control and team coordination is advantageous Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your skill in crafting memorable drinks.
