We are looking for an outgoing, skilled or trainable Bartender to join our team! This is a Part-Time position to fill one or two shifts (6-10hrs week) with more hours for the right person. In this role, you'll serve craft kombucha, beer and signature cocktails, deliver exceptional customer service, tend to our guests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all. Responsibilities:

Beverage Handling:

Prepare and serve a menu of specialty drinks, beer, kombucha, wine, and a wide variety of craft and classic cocktails.

Customer Service:

Greet guests and provide friendly, high-quality service that ensures a positive guest experience.

Preparation:

Prepare our house-made mixers and ingredients, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized bar area. Be a

Team Player:

Maintain positive work relationships with fellow bartenders, servers, and management.

Menu Knowledge:

Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, products, and pairing suggestions. Be able to explain beer styles, kombucha, and functional beverages and make recommendations.

Requirements:

Age:

Must be 21+

Experience:

Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in a high-volume setting.

Craft Knowledge:

Knowledge and understanding of craft-style bartending, including knowledge of Craft Beer, Craft Kombucha, advanced cocktail creation techniques, or a strong desire to learn.

Standard of Excellence:

Unwillingness to compromise on the quality of our beverages and guest experiences.
