Service Staff

Overview Molly's is a new pub in Dover, NH, blending a grazing-style pub with entertainment and a community-focused atmosphere. We're creating a warm, welcoming space for both locals and visitors, and we're looking for hardworking, team-oriented Service Staff to join our team. This role is the backbone of service — keeping the dining room and bar running smoothly while supporting both servers and bartenders through seating guests, answering phones, running food, and clearing tables. Responsibilities Answer guest questions. Seat guests, take reservations, manage a waitlist, and communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure the guest experience is seamless. Keep dining areas clean and clear: reset tables quickly and maintain a tidy atmosphere. Run food and drinks to tables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Support bartenders as a barback:

restock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies throughout service. Assist with prepping the bar and keeping it fully stocked, organized, and clean during and after shifts. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and managers to anticipate needs and keep service flowing. Handle sidework efficiently and accurately. Keep personal phones out of guest view while in service areas. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
