Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and standards. Take food orders accurately and deliver prompt, friendly service to guests in both bar and dining areas. Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy in processing payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in beverage recipe development and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Support bar management with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining a well-stocked bar environment. Skills Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Skilled in mixology techniques, beverage recipe creation, and wine knowledge to elevate guest experiences. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food industry knowledge.
