Made in Miami Bar & Bistro is a vibrant Miami-inspired restaurant and lounge looking for an energetic, reliable Bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent customer service, and has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits. If you enjoy nightlife, great music, and creating an amazing guest experience, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar Provide recommendations and upsell cocktails, drinks, and specials Fulfill drink tickets quickly and accurately for servers Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately Follow opening and closing bar procedures Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management during busy shifts Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and nightlife environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented Weekend and late-night availability required
