Job Description
Allegro Seafood Grill is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team for immediate hire. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to build a following, attract new guests, and develop relationships that encourage customers to return. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking care of bar guests, processing payments, maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and providing excellent customer service. Bartending experience is required. Some ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is preferred. Fluency is not required. Great starting pay with immediate start available.
