Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Take orders from guests and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Handle cashing out customers, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Support catering and banquet events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and ensuring smooth operations. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in environments like nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet halls is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to efficiently process sales. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders during busy hours. Experience in retail math or basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations. Background in hospitality or food service industries that involve serving diverse clientele.
