We are a fast-paced, counter-service restaurant, and all staff are cross-trained across multiple roles. Applicants must be comfortable working both the register and the bar. Cross-training helps us support each other and prevent burnout. Experience & Qualifications Previous food service or hospitality experience strongly preferred; we are willing to train the right person. Demonstrated bartending experience and basic familiarity with Toast. Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay positive and organized in a fast-paced environment. Able to take direction and constructive feedback from managers and coworkers. Strong time-management and multitasking skills. Must be available Sundays and evenings. Restaurant closing experience, including independently following closing procedures, strongly preferred. Three current professional references.
