Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a fine dining setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on preferences. Operate cash register efficiently, processing payments accurately while maintaining guest relations. Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving drinks in compliance with local laws. Utilize OpenTable for reservations and manage guest seating effectively during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and customer service principles. Proficient in math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with cash register systems is an asset; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
