We serve specialty sundaes, shaved ice, beer, frozen cocktails, soft drinks, and other concessions during concerts, sporting events, and special events inside the arena. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing position with excellent tip potential. PAY $12 per hour base pay With tips, team members typically earn a total of $20

• 30+ per hour, depending on the event, attendance, and individual performance.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, event-based position. Hours vary according to the Lee's Family Forum event schedule. Applicants must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, concerts, and sporting events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide fast, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service Prepare and serve sundaes, shaved ice, frozen drinks, beer, and concessions Take orders and accurately process payments Check identification and follow all alcohol-service requirements Keep the stand clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Work efficiently during busy, high-volume events Assist with opening, restocking, cleaning, and closing the stand Create a fun and welcoming experience for arena guests

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol-service responsibilities Must have or obtain a valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card Must have or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card Reliable transportation to Lee's Family Forum Dependable and available for scheduled arena events Comfortable standing for the duration of a shift Able to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude Professional, well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills Able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 30 pounds

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Bartenders, servers, concession workers, baristas, and applicants with food-service or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is upbeat, personable, dependable, sales-minded, and comfortable starting conversations with guests. Work Location:

Lee's Family Forum, Henderson, Nevada Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at concession stands and bars Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety sundaes, shaved ice, lemonade slush, and beverages including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills during busy event times Assist in inventory management by counting stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Requirements Previous experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems.
