Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends in mixology and craft brewing. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within a restaurant or hospitality environment, including fine dining or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with food safety procedures, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.
